PEUGEOT updated its popular 108 city car – completely abandoning the three-door model in favor of the more practical five-door variant.
Other changes made by the French brand include the choice of two new gray and white paint colors on all three trim levels (Active, Allure and Collection) and refreshed interior trim.
The 108 in the Top-spec collection will now come with body-color grips, replacing the previous chrome design, as well as special 15-inch alloy wheels with orange center caps.
Inside, the Collection models feature new Orange Maya Line Jusa trims with Yellow Sun stitching, while a new interior vibe is tied to the exterior paint color when selecting Smooth Green or paint options. Calvi Blue.
All other body colors for the collection trim will include a gloss black with a grained black interior vibe.
Active trims will continue to offer a White Line Jusa interior finish and Charcoal Gray vibe, while the Allure will also offer an additional Gloss Black center console vibe.
All 108 will still be powered by a 1.0-liter three-cylinder stop / start engine mated to a five-speed manual gearbox, with prices starting at £ 13,320.
Peugeot UK Managing Director Julie David said: “With new colors and new interior ambiances, the 108 remains an elegant city car. Now offered exclusively as a five-door variant, it is suitable for drivers wishing to travel with friends and family.
